Managing the Financial and Accounting functions of Dubai Branch. Was part of the local
management team reporting to the General Manager and CFO based in Europe.
 Managing Bank Facilities (BMG and Emirates Bank) & renewal of Bank contracts.
 Co-coordinating with bank for Export / Import - L/C / collection documents.
 Weekly Analysis of Sales, Inventory, Receivables and bank position and provide update to
the management.
 Monthly Sales, receivables, Inventory and operation expenses analysis and update
Management and respective team leaders on the situation against budget.
 Preparation of Monthly Operational reports.
 Supervision of Accounting of Sales, Purchase Invoices, Petty Cash, Payment and Receipts.
 Preparation of Annual Plan of Operation expenses.
 Inventory reconciliation - Physical stock taking and Inventory adjustments
 Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts.
 Maintenance of Fixed Assets register
 Preparation of monthly forecast (at the beginning of the month in co-ordination with
respective team) and submit to top management.
 Monthly report
o Fixed Cost Vs Budget
o MIS Report
o Receivables ageing analysis and update on outstanding situation.
o Top customer Sales analysis against budget and reasoning.
o Inventory ageing analysis.
 Preparation of monthly payroll with due discussion with HR on Overtime, Deductions and so.
 Complete Co-ordination and completion of yearly statutory audit. Preparation of Audit
Schedules.
