Testing & Commissioning supervision activities at Singapore railway MRT Power Supply upgrading project and preparation of test reports, method of statements.
•Railway MRT Project includes 66/22KV Switchgear AC, 750V DC switchgear, Service transformer testing and commissioning activities.
•Testing of 66/22KV Power transformer, 22 kV Switchgear.
•Testing of Power Cables, 3rd rail test, pilot wire cable, migration works between mobile substation and existing substation.

•Supervise and execute the routine and emergency maintenance of 380kV GIS, 115kV GIS, power transformers and 13.8KV, 4.16KV MV SWGRs, 4.16 MV MCCs, 480LV SWGRs, and 480LV MCCs.
•Cross check defect rectification work carried out by contractors in existing substations.
•Preparing of SNAG list and issues NOD of new substation and existing so that defects will be intimated to contractor.
•Attends emergency maintenance and switching operation in an on-call basis.
•Verifies the stock of spares and initiate purchase requisition to replenish stock.
•Prepares of monthly reports, productivity reports.
Involved in the testing & commissioning activities of GIS 400/132 KV Substation in India.
•Substation with GIS and AIS tap-changer, oil immersed and dry type distribution switchgear, relay and control panels, marshalling kiosk, transformer, current transformer, voltage transformer, circuit ACDB, DCDB etc. breaker, surge arrester, isolator, AC and DC distribution.
•Performed busbar sensitivity and stability test.
•Performed transformer sensitivity and stability test.
•Performed gas tightness, electrical resistance and mechanical inspection.
•Power and control cable sizing, scheduling and routing including termination plans, cable-trenching details.
•Record deviation, investigate root cause of failure and write quality problem / non-conformance reports

Testing, Switching & Maintenance, Troubleshooting, commissioning of AIS/GIS activities from EHV, HV, MV, LV Switchgears (400/220/115/33/22/13.8/6.6/4.16/0.48KV) and MCC’s (4.16, 0.48KV), 3-ø AC And 750V DC Switchgear System, Control & Relay panel. Commissioning and Maintenance activities for Generators, HV Motors, LV Motors, Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Protection Relays, Package Substations (RMU), ACB’s, VCB’s, SF6 Breakers, PT’s, CT’s, Lighting arrester, Surge arresters, Power Cables and DC equipment’s V/V, V/I Analog Transducers, High Speed Circuit Breakers(HSCB), Voltmeter, Ammeter, Shunt Calibration and VLD (Voltage Limiting Device) . Setting‐up and testing of protection relays for HV, MV feeders, power transformers and generators. Knowledge in PLC Trouble shooting (Program read and write and input and output data monitor and logic modify for easy operation).
•Periodical testing of protection system (AC Numerical relays of AREVA, ABB, Siemens, SEL, GE and DC relays of Secheron Make). Study of the existing Protection co-ordination scheme & modification. And Communication Types IEC61850, Serial Port are Using for signals, Relay logic Modification.
•Knowledge of IEC/ANSI Standards related to the discipline Various Substations Electrical Equipment’s
Testing and Commissioning. Undertaking SAT / FAT.
•Operation and maintenance of all kind of Electrical Equipment’s. Experience in preventive maintenance and trouble shooting.

•Various types of system electrical equipment’s like isolators, capacitor banks battery charger, surge arrestors etc.
•HV test on HT cables and bus bar, breakers VCB’s interrupters and capacitor.
