➢ Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach and overseeing project handover, execution planning and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external
resources to accomplish all project goals
➢ Defining all project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management
➢ Monitoring each stage of project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of cost control, resource efficiency, risk management and health, safety and the environment
➢ Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively
communicating with all stakeholders, and acting as the key contact for the customer as an
escalation point for project issues
➢ Managing all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements, ensuring all technical, safety, quality and financial targets are met, and relevant guidelines are followed
➢ Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses,
and cash flow
➢ Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the
customer
➢ Guiding, motivating, coaching, and developing the skills, knowledge and competencies of the project team
Engineering Activities:
➢ Prepare pre-bid and post-bid detailed Engg drawings, BOM, array layouts, SLD for solar Rooftop,
Off grid & Hybrid systems, solar AC & DC Pumps and Micro grid solutions
➢ Product Validation, cost Analysis, for Major components of Power plants and Value Engineering for existing products
➢ Sizing/selection of PV module, Inverter, Structure, Batteries, DB Boxes, cables & earth & LA
systems
➢ Calculation of Cable sizing, system Fault current, Power loss, Earthing, Lightning protection system,
Lighting/Illumination system
➢ AutoCAD, PVSYST, Google Sketch up, ECAD
➢ Familiar with Engineering standards - IS, BS, IEEE and Indian codes & regulations
➢ Product Design for roof top solar PV Power Plant and System Development for Grid Tie, off grid and
Hybrid Power Plant
➢ Product Validation, cost Analysis, for Major components of Power plants and Value Engineering for existing products
➢ Preparation of DPR, Bill of Material, Costing sheet of SPV system and compliances of IEC, BIS and
IS standards for Solar System and conduct factory Acceptance Testing
Detail Engineering Activities:
✓ Work with management to Design and development of new equipment’s, as per specifications for next generation products
✓ Prepare Basic & detailed Engineering drawings for mechanical & electrical and BOM, layouts, SLD
for equipment’s
✓ Analyze existing equipment malfunctions, failures accordingly develop corrective actions and
Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability
✓ Develop cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity
✓ Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company equipment
✓ Visit customer site to install and test equipment for proper functioning
✓ Perform equipment upgrades as per customer requirements
✓ Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes
