Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules solution for KIBOS sugar, Kenya with the team
size of 10 associates.
I was responsible for Project Management, Team Formation, Setting the Standards for
deliverables, on-site client co-ordination, project methodology and quality process, taking
care of training needs for consultants. Allocation of Budget to the projects, as a PMO
