Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected
company financial position.
Support to credit control manager by providing required information to evaluate the credibility of
the customers (Credit Evaluation)
Customer Credit notes & Debit notes are being updated to the ERP system.
Performed age analysis for customer, Debtors and Creditors and reported to the management often
Performed exception reporting such as summary of damaged stocks and sales return non-
payments of customers and delayed payments, etc.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare monthly reports and discussed and evaluate the performance of organization with
financial manager.
Interact with statutory auditors in completing audit procedures.
Monitor and support to establish proper internal control in our company.
Any other work assign by the management.
Scope of work
Working with journals, sales and purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
Ensuring all payments and records are accurate.
Management of petty cash transactions
Preparing financial documents such as invoices and bills.
Completing purchase order and managing payroll.
Deposit slips verification & slip filling.
Update Bank Daily Deposit (Chq & Cash) to the system.
Checking all Supplier Invoices returns & sending to necessary approvals.
