a. Compensation Solutions Specialist
• Manage the execution of end to end delivery of Executive and Non Executive Compensation in Canada and other 20 international countries.
• Manage the roll out and implementation of SAP Compensation module in international countries by reviewing business requirements and testing the tool.
• Review the requests from HR Business Partners, TA partners and Country Heads and analyze if the requests aligns with the Total Reward Policies.

b. HR Consultant (Onboarding and Workforce Security Screening)
• Managed the onboarding and various background verification checks of over 2000 new hires and contingent workers.
• Reviewed and adjudicated background verification discrepancies including credit checks, employment verifications, Criminal record checks, Fingerprinting and Zero ins to mitigate risk.
