Recovery & Legal Dept.
Responsible for managing a structured detection and resolution system of Non-Performing/ Unpaid retail loans (Domestic & International - Oman, Qatar, Dubai, Iraq, Nigeria, Ghana, Australia, UK)
• Provide advice and assistance to the client in writing, through telephone or in person (sometimes with the employer, or relatives)
• Issue reminders or warning notices and summons to customers
• Liaise with clients to ensure correct amounts paid
• Liaise with branches to ensure correct amounts charged
• Liaise with other departments or senior management when required
• Provide the Credit Committee with all required reports for decision-making or to assess the unit’s quarterly performance appraisal
• Complete financial reconciliation as required
• Prepare refunds and write-offs and escalate to the concerned senior managers for authorization
• Make and monitor arrangements for payment
• Liaise with outside debt collection parties or insurance companies
• Continually review internal processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements
• Managed a team of 3 employees including attendance, performance feedback, tasks distribution, etc.

Provide lectures to MBA students related to Credit, Lending, Risk Management, Securities, Recovery, Collections, Negotiations, and Legal
Recovery & Legal Dept.
Provide statistics and readings related to problematic accounts to Management, Central Bank, auditors (on monthly, quarterly, semi, and annual basis) showcasing, provisions, unrealized interests,
write-offs, and refunds in all types of loans (retail and commercial)
Risk Management Dept.
Measuring, assessing, analyzing, aggregating, monitoring, and controlling activity-inherent business risks: Credit, market, operational, liquidity, reputational, and Legal Risks.
Trainee in the Finance Dept.
(Incl. Receiving, Storekeeping, Purchasing, A/P, A/R, Income Audit)
Assisting all duties taking place in the mentioned departments
