Site Engineer
Project Type: Commercial Building
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
• Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Preparing reports as required.

Site Engineer
Project Type: Residential Building (17 stories with double basement)

• Responsible to the Project Manager for the successful execution of assigned work.
• Control the manpower on assigned work and shall liaise directly with the Project Manager for manning and de-manning of technical staff.
• Interface with the Client’s engineers for the project and ensure that all reasonable requests are met.
• Keep project on schedule.
• Keep control of man-hours / overtime.
• Keep track of efficiency / productivity.
• Ensure inputs to weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor Extra work and claims and advise P.M

Internship
Project Type: Residential Building (13 stories with a basement)

• Calculated quantities of steel and concrete.
• Help site engineer in execution.
