Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Configures, supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software situations
2. Installation and Maintenance including Mikroik Routers, wifi device, switches, TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPNs, Firewalls, VC installation, and troubleshooting.
3. Anti-Virus Server and end-user maintenance (Kaspersky and Sophos)
4. Pertaining to the network (LAN, WAN & WLAN)
