• To act as liaisons among governing boards, medical staff and departments heads
• To organize, direct, control and coordinate medical and health services in relation to policies set by a governing board of trustees
• Recruit, hire and evaluate assistant administrators, nurses and doctors
• Plan budgets and set rates for health services

• Assist in the education of new doctors
• Develop procedures for quality assurance, patient services, medical treatments, department activities and public relations outreach

• Monitor the cost and expense reduction and resource optimization
• Develop the annual budget of the area of operations
• Evaluate and coordinate the implementation of information systems and technologies that contribute to increased staff productivity and increased operational efficiencies
• Supervise the operations and key Indicators of the clinics
• Help in opening of new clinics, based on the expansion plan
• Replicating operational and administrative processes in the new clinics
• Monitoring that all clinics have the necessary licenses for operation
• Supervise that each clinic follows the policies and operational and administrative processes of the company
• Ensure that all clinics reach, maintain and control the quality standards
• Supervise the correct implementation of business strategies and marketing plans defined by the commercial area to reach the goals sales and promotion of products and services
• Ensure implementation of price policy in marketing products and services
• Establish KPI´s to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of operational, financial and commercial performance of a clinic
• Supervise the performance of the clinics, through constant monitoring of key performance indicators, financial and commercial
• Develop and implement a training program of “Management issues and processes of health institutions” for the administrative staff.
• Train, develop and help to supervise the performance of the managers of the clinics
• Identifying problems and make suggestions in order to increase the operational capacity of the clinics, improve the quality and efficiency of processes and reduce costs and errors
• Identifying problems and make suggestions to systems and technologies area, in order to streamline processes and increase productivity of people
• Develop suggestions for the creation of new indicators for the clinics
• Make suggestions for creating control processes in order to ensure the quality of the processes and the quality of information
Taking care of General Administration
Coordinating patient care activities

Acting as a liaison between Management and Employees
Attending meetings and conferences
Developing new strategies for Corporate Social Activities
Giving orientation and training for all senior level employees

Forecasting Hospital Budgeting and planning for future development
Responsible for patient satisfaction parameters such as waiting time, availability of man power, clinical and non clinical work-system flow \n In-charge of patient complaints/feedback forum and its immediate response to patient’s queries \n Identification of Training and facilitating training for my subordinates in the hospital \n Identification of unnecessary expense and cost cutting options without disturbing the system flow or patient comfort \n Prediction of peak days and peak hours of patient flow and plan the system flow and man power according to it \n Research and Implementation of innovative techniques to improve patient comfort and quality treatment \n First contact point of foreign patients \n Identification and Upgrading to alternate feasible techniques that reduces the staff work load \n Handles the role of public relation officer when situation requires \n In-charge of Project students from international universities in allocating project topics and assisting them during the project course \n Liaison between the senior level management and staff and balance the rational demands of both the ends \n Documentation and Following up of pending payment from various healthcare insurance parties \n Provide statistical reports to the senior management regarding the new patient flow, Review patient flow and Surgical statistics, with respect to various parameters such as based on time, age, sex, disease, location etc., at desired intervals or when demanded by the senior management \n Communicate to various level of staff on latest trend in patient care, their current performance and update them on patient expectation
For managing clinical areas, their primary responsibilities will be:
Increasing the patient load
Managing the increased patient flow
Reducing waiting time
Ensuring high patient satisfaction
Helping the senior personnel in the ongoing activities like training programs, project management, research projects
Day to day operations management
Generating Statistical information for decision making and planning
