Answering daily calls for new subscriptions .

Making invoices for the companies daily and making the bills for month per case .
Add payment for free users (IQonline employees )
Visiting companies and selling them company’s products and services .
Representing IQonline at workshops and debates (high creast hotel at the name of how we prepare a leader and active member for the new government and parliament for ex)
Provide public ip for customers (emailing the service provider colleague containing every detail of the customer and customerID to provide an ip address for the customer )
Managing day to day installation team activity(total appointments and the installed services and returned devices with the reason ) and making complete report for the retail manager and ceo .
Giving sales ideas and advices in order to make the work better or even easier based on customers feedback and personal ideas .

Sales Representative:
Manage facing different statues of daily customers(subscription, complains..etc) and coordinate with sales and marketing (for ex a customer wants to change the ont, wants to subscribe, wants to buy an IPTV …etc)
Giving the professional customer service advice to convince the customer to subscribe and explains the offers and packages and even though resolution of some technical cases for the customers .

IQ Online Formal Facebook Page ( Admin) :
Managing Daily messages and comments .
As a sales agent is to explain our current offers and giving the best customer service advice .
Giving the graphic designers ideas and texts for new offers and daily posts .
Daily posts as required from the manager and uploading it on the facebook page.
