Foreshadowed the current dietitian in the hospital, which included patient consultations and visits, overlooking meal preparations in the kitchen, creating meal plans, and making reports for medical issues and their respective nutritional solution for the head of nutrition in the hospital.

I was awarded the Chevening scholarship to continue my studies in the United Kingdom. This was an intensive and comprehensive course that integrated the understanding of current health systems, practices and policies in order to develop realistic interventions that are culturally sensitive and interconnected with other sectors beyond nutrition such as education and agriculture.
Completed Bachelor's degree by a fully funded scholarship by the US state department under the name MEPI Tomorrow's Leaders. Also as part of the scholarship program, I attended a semester abroad at the University of Delaware. Also, internships completed include hospital settings, clinical settings, and office work as well as volunteer work.
