• Receive customer inquiries and interpret customer specifications for technical proposals.
• Apply process and product knowledge when preparing technical proposals.
• Develop "Best Cost" solutions to meet customer needs.
• Develop Bill-of-Materials, technical compliance and layout drawing in response to specification.
• Prepare all offer documentation and transmit to lead offer engineer.
• Interface with other departments and offices in other world areas.
• Work effectively with sales, engineering and project personnel.
• Prepare responses to customer inquiries and request for changes.
• Support negotiations with customer.
• Review Purchase Order and work with lead offer owner until it accurately reflects the offer.
• Prepare and submit order entry paperwork
