-Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast

- Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment
with managers.
- Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them.
- Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future
vacancies.
- Handling financial and technical offers.
- Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and
follow up with candidates during the hiring process.

- Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.
- Measuring the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring metrics software.

Facilitating the human resources processes:
- Develop employee’s health and welfare plans.
- Acting as negotiator between the employees and insurance providers.
- Resolving benefits-related problems.
- Develop health and welfare plans; including enrolment, changes, & terminations.
- Responsible for the employee’s official letters.
- Responsible for the orientation program for the new joiners.
- A focal point between the company and Human Resource Development Fund.
- Assisting HR Recruitment Manager for Talent Acquisition:
- Utilizing the candidate’s database for matching the qualifications with the current
vacancies.
- Job applications reviewer, managing the interviews, & making a shortlist for the
applications.
