in 2007 I lead a big project to segregate firewall between production and testing area also with make change in design of network server room the risk of this project was for how to make this segregation and the down time for firewall will be very dangerous for our server for any hack from outside also to be sure all servers after coming back working fine to serve all branch, ATM and also AOL without any delay in the work
The main Back end system in NCB name BANCS in 2008 we make a big change and we upgrade it without any problems, with effect the account, loans for our costumers and company this new upgrade make a big different in the Quality of our service.

I worked with a big team to move the old IT center to the new IT center without any effect habit in production, customers and branches. this task takes a lot of work and plan from each of us. I plan & drive my team to deliver all these projects and improve the Quality for internal process in boys and girls section the challenge for us is do deliver the E-learning System which is first one in KSA and how to train all staff and students in both sections without any interrupt for daily work and lecture.
Also we have other challenges in the same time such as archiving system and work flow, this task takes a lot of effort from us to build the process and improve it after that how to make all users happy with this change (change management)
