Played a main role in establishing SLUSHYS brand from scratch starting from registering the brand andending in operating the first branch, which is in River Walk, Al Tawwuon district, Riyadh.
• Responsible for allocating resources and selecting the appropriate types of cooling devices (SLUSHMAKERS), juice cups, and juice syrups, closing deals with vendors and arranging their import and entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regularly by registering the products in SFDA and getting the necessary licenses.
• Establishing the warehouse associated with the business and obtaining related licenses to facilitate the import and distribution process for SLUSHYS branches.
• Responsible for finding the location of our first branch, hiring the best contractor to build it based onour standards, and making sure he follows our brand outlines.
• Hiring the entire management, and front-line team of employees, handing them their duties, andtraining and qualifying them to fill those positions.
• Planning and implementing the companys internal procedures and related standards and proceduresto ensure the achievement of the companys objectives and the complete satisfaction of our customers.
• Setting the expansion, and franchise plans and preparing the related documents.
• Responsible for developing, innovating, and delivering a product that is quality-driven whilst maintaining aggressive financial returns.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations, and sales.
• Improve Bayt Arafah Co. market position and achieve financial growth. Defines long-term organizationalstrategic goals, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
• As a senior in sales, it is my job to work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other
managers to increase sales opportunities, and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. To achieve this, I need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continueto grow the business in the future.
• Also, to improve the companys competencies my role is to maintain stable suppliers with eficientpayment terms and competitive value.
