I have Joined KAUST to lead the Campus and Technology buildings HVAC maintenance services and enhance the service line operation.
In addition to the RTU engineering team the R & D Lab added to my responsibility and the new materials sample approval and testing Process.
Leading the Team for Roof Top Units Engineering and Manufacturing for all the orders including the new options design and costing.
Leading all the CI activity for Al Salem YORK Plant including Six Sigma Projects, Lean projects, value stream mapping etc. Report the CI saving and process .optimization targets

Responsibilities include coordinating between different departments, making work plan for Engineering Department to meet the production schedule requirements, following up the Engineering staff for the complete work cycle, making sure information and data is passed from Engineering as and when required, guiding Engineering team in day to day work, making sure information sent from Engineering is free of errors and monitoring scrap of the units
