Responsibilities:
• Arrange visa (work permit, husband sponsored visa, visit visa etc.) for expatriates and their families
• Handling all Legal Documents and Official Letters of the Company
• Collect all appropriate documents necessary for visa and working permits to be processed.
• Ensure all visa, medical and Labor permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Maintaining Visa tracking system.
• Provide admin support if required.
• Responsible for typing all internal and external contracts.
• Respond to all staff queries regarding Visa/Labor/Passport related matters.
• Maintain the file organizer, keep updating and file accordingly
• Responsible for monitoring the renewal of all expired labor cards and contracts of all employees
• Responsible for handling employees' passport and other supporting documents.
• In-charge for Vehicle registration (new and renewals), vehicle transfer, cancellation, export.
• In-charge for arranging courier from immigration back to office
• Before promoting to PRO department I worked as "Security Officer Cum Receptionist"

- Handling a busy switchboard (16 lines) and taking down all the incoming messages.
- Great and smile all incoming visitors
- Responsible for distributing mails, sending couriers, incoming and outgoing faxes.
