- Involved in analysis of business requirements and development of design specifications & test plans aligned to business requirements.
- Configuration of software to meet design specifications and development of implementation plans for vendor provided software.
- Troubleshooting of customer issues & providing appropriate solutions aimed at providing high quality service and maximized customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular status updates and activity reports to ensure compliance to policies & procedures and IT standards in day to day activities.
- Involved in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of in-house systems and business requirements using standard tools identified by IT.
- Implementation & resolution of emergency bug fixes in the bank applications besides focusing on design & writing programs on application customization & local requirements.
- Focus on review, analysis and modification of applications including coding, testing, debugging to support bank requirements.
- Coordinate with users to identify current operating procedures.
- Accountable for maintenance of updated application to support rapidly changing technological scenarios.
- Ensure support services to IT Centers and other clients.
