The factory produce
Aluminum / steel architectural and structure works, Glazing works, Aluminum Curtain
walls and louvers, Stainless steel handrails and cladding, Cable management system ( cable
trays ), Electrical panels and Wooden doors, flooring, cladding and cabinets. Doing this rule
with the following responsibilities:
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of
company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads
and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective
communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight
for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications
submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by
Account Executives.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that
they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior
management.
Working with USG TAZEZ ADVANCED Co. under Al-Othman Holding Group as

camera poles, telecommunication poles and galvanizing services. Doing this rule with the
following responsibilities:
• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-
set goals
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
• Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives;
building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer
opportunities.

Sales And Marketing Manager في ALMISBAH HOUSE FOR STEEL WORKS COMPANY

The factory produce steel and aluminum cable management system, stainless steel works,
Steel structure ( paint and/or galvanized ) and low voltage electrical panel boards with many
breakers brand such as Schneider, ABB, GE and so on with the following responsibilities:
 Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of

 Adjust sensitivity of units based on room structures and manufacturers'
recommendations, using programming keypads.
 Examine systems to locate problems such as loose connections or broken insulation.
 Coordinate between the customer and the installation team
