Technical support engineer with the security team, responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and integration of the corporate networks. also responsible for implementation and administration of network security hardware and software(Next-generation firewalls, NGIPS, ISE, ACS, etc..), enforcing the network security policy and complying with requirements of external security audits and recommendations.

-Performing analysis of network security needs and contributes to design, integration, and installation of hardware and software.

-Maintain a strategic understanding of the existing infrastructure and its relationship to the business.

-Proactively plan and manage the implementation of security services and security and Datacenter network for Clients entities globally.

-Consult with client organizations to understand their business, technical, and financial needs.

-Perform as the customers consultant for all of Clients Security and Datacenter technologies related services.

-Perform level 3 technical support and escalation for Network issues .

-Assist clients and peers with planning for Network services and equipment.

-Evaluate vendor capabilities.
-Develop solutions to share communication facilities among different Clients entities.

-Provide technical and management support to peers.

-Perform Customer visit pre and psot projects

-Perform Site survey.

**PaloAlto Firewall.

-Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.
Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

Customer support engineer at Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) with security team, providing Cisco’s customer online troublshooting and the needed assistance for their network.

- Helping Cisco Customers in installing and troubleshooting problems in their network via phone, e-Mail and Web meetings.

- Receiving and solving complex problems and escalation calls to meet customer needs and SLA.

- Working with team members to solve problems and enhance future Cisco products.

- Using debugging tools and LAB simulations to analyze problems and identify solutions.

- Keeping up-to-date with new technology products in order to provide support as soon as they are launched in the market.

My training was divieded in to two periods at two departments as the following:
1-RAN department: helped me to enhance my knowledge about the GSM network and the softwares and processes involved in it, worked with the experienced engineers in the department and learn about daily check in the sites and how to tackle and troubleshoot various problems.I also worked as a Drive Test engineer and learnt how to deal with TEMS software.

2-Transmission department: I had the opportunity to understand the theoretical side of Transmission and then Apply that on the field, I have a strong background in the principle of SDH, PDH, DWDM, OSN and Microwave planning.
