• Develop strong knowledge of our German Partners international shows within assigned portfolio using all available marketing collateral provided by exhibition partners.
• Prepare marketing lists to target the right audience (visitors and exhibitors) for the right event.
• Develop event marketing and e-campaign plans and monitor their effectiveness through tracking expressions of interest.
• Receive inbound calls from clients and provide them with excellent customer service through acting as their point of contact for partners' international shows.
• Coordinate with the operations team in IFP's country of operation to implement partner related events (presentation, B2B meetings, etc.) and act as the main point of contact for IFP's partners on the ground.
• Travel to partners' funded events to meet and build relations with exhibitors, as requested by direct manager.
• Review statement of accounts received from partners and compare it to the clients' attendance report for the show.
• Seek recommendations from partners on sales and marketing strategy for the events within the assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance Department to invoice clients.
• Review and analyze the list of events to sell on an annual basis, and provide recommendations
• Coming up with Public Relation and Event Management Strategies (sponsorship, conferences, speaking engagements, forums and events).
• Proposing, planning, and executing new and enhanced event activities in the most cost effective and efficient way with the aim of getting best coverage and ensuring alignment with the Bank’s corporate image.
• Negotiate agreements with special events service providers and subcontractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.
• Assist in corporate events related to overseas bank's subsidiaries and ensure good implementation
• Coordinate and follow up on the correct execution of projects pertaining to the event with graphic designers, copywriters, and advertising agency.
• Develop the event management plan to be used by all suppliers to ensure a guaranteed timeline
• Create a creative floor plan and setup to be used by all suppliers.
• Review and assess technical requirements.
• Make sure bank's events has been published online
• Brief employees representing the bank in corporate and public events.
• Arranging for speakers from the Bank to make presentations.
• Organizing all events, such as press conferences, sponsorship, exhibitions and open days.
• Facilitating group tours of a company’s operations when needed.
• Monitor the activities of competitors’ events.
• Search and suggest promotional items and giveaways based on the price/quality and alignment with the bank's image
•Identify a venue for the ceremony and the reception locally & abroad
•Coordinate with the suppliers and service providers
•Create wedding website, Wedding cards, Menu Cards, Seating and Table cards
•Manage communication and correspondence through email with clients
•Handle the attendance of invitees prior to the wedding (RSVP)
•Manage the company’s Social Media account (Facebook and Instagram)
•Present to monitor the whole execution process throughout the ceremony
•Ensure everything is smoothly executed
•Post event presentation and report evaluation for management
•Approaching new clients, following up on existing clients, insuring client satisfaction & work continuity
•Daily follow up with clients & informing them of new products or new coming items
•Presentation preparation & demonstration to existing & potntial clients
•Participate in company marketing events such as job fairs
•Train local clients on website via phone, personal visit or screen-sharing software
•Test new products and features with management and design teams while proposing new ideas to improve services
•Conduct regular customer follow-ups to gather feedback about company's level of service
