Oversee day-to-day operation of an MWR facility and manage, develop, and mentor MWR support staff.
Plan and assign the work of host country national attendants in the MRW facility.
Ensure proper maintenance and basic technical support for all facility equipment checked on a weekly basis.
Monitor and organize the use of the MWR facility, computers, phones, and other technology devices.
Plan and organize military ceremonies and monthly indoor/outdoor activities for the morale and welfare of the military personal & civilian customers.
Provide management assistance and perform other such duties as directed by the MWR Manager.
