The Admin Assistant is usually assigned to head and handle the administrative duties for a Contract, Department or a Division Head. Responsibilities involved handling correspondence, records and filling, telephone calls and reception duties, analyzing and summarizing data & statistics, and other sarelated duties as required. Effective performance requires a thorough understanding of clerical procedures and policies, as well as an understanding of the operations, procedures and policies of the future are. In addition, the ability to handle confidential material and information is also necessary.
