- Managing implementation for modification and maintenance work program to
maintain integrity of surface facilities as well its pipelines network.
- Managing annual budget realization to have inline with department's objectives.

 Provision and development of Scope of Work regarding to the Offshore / Onshore buried Pipeline Maintenance Works. Manage throughout all project stages including tender, conceptual design, commissioning and installation phases.
 Forecast resources regarding to Project working schedule incorporated Company’s Production concerns and estimated failure time.
 Provision of the Project Cost/Engineering Estimation incorporated each Work Package and Work Unit of the contract in order to SKKMIGAS Approved for Expenditure(AFE’s) approval.
 Provision of Contract Technical Document (project time frame, project progress measurement etc..).
 Provision of Job Risk Assessment, Bidder’s Technical Evaluation Criteria and HSE Evaluation regarding to Project Bidding concerns.
 Performance on Technical reviews of engineering calculation, engineering procedure, working method statement, and progress report regarding to the involved Project.
 Develop, monitor and control of achievable project schedule.
 Lead the site team (site supervisor and company site representative) in order to monitoring and driving project progress of the contractor’s management team.

 Provision of detail design and technical evaluation for welding joint design and corrosion criteria for topside facilities (including piping system) incorporating strength and stress evaluation, as failure analysis based on the compliance to COMPANY Specification and International codes.
 Detail Technical assistance in review and breakdown Engineering Design Drawing for WPS/PQR material requirement (Living Quarter Platform structure, Jacket Structure, Piping system & HVAC system).
 Technical review of engineer document for QPS Topside Facility Lifting Trunnion to ensure the utilized material is chosen properly, having decent mechanical properties and best weld ability within its allowable criteria regarding to the engineering calculation, Company Specification & International Code.
 Provison of material take-off regarding to the requirement of Procedure Qualification Report and welding electrode as well.
 Technical surveillance and monitoring the WPQT and witness Mechanical Testing (Destructive Test).
 Evaluate the run sheet of PQR coupon for forecast the Mechanical Testing (DT) Result and provision of technical assessment for non-destructive examination (100% NDE).
 Provision of Fabrication Welding sequence for critical area (e.i. Deck Leg Transition shape, brace connection on deck leg, deck plating area).
 Perform comprehensive technical assessment regarding to the NDE (UT & RT) result of the topside facilities (i.e LQ platform, flare tripod & four-leg jacket), pressure vessel and piping system (metallic) during fabrication and installation stages as part of corporate inspection team based on API 510/570 criteria.
 Comprehensive Evaluation and improvement implementation to the Yard Construction Manager and Production superintendent regarding to the welding works of carbon steel, stainless steel and Copper Nickel piping system.
 Manage resources composition and allocation regarding to Project welding works Requirement (structural, mechanical, architectural & piping).

 Provision of technical evaluation for Construction drawing regarding to determination of welding joint number, Bill of Material and Tentative Planning in order to support fabrication process (WHPF and its accessories, production pipeline, etc)
 Technical assistance the Production Supervisor to control the workshop and site fabrication activity.
 Provision of design welding joint criteria for the structural and piping discipline based on the COMPANY specification and International codes.
 Performance of the evaluation of the designed welding joint in terms of strength, stress and failure analysis.
 Technical advice for the non-destructive examination (UT & RT) result for the well-head platform (bi-slot & quad-slot), including piles and metallic piping system.
