- Responding to and resolving guest inquiries across social media platforms.
- Helping maintain good interaction with the customers.
- Make sure that all inquiries across social media sites are being accommodated.
- Represent the client and make the customers feel that they are talking to a real person from the company.

- Study/Review of tender documents, the scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client's requirement, etc.
- Take off the project's electrical quantities.
- Prepare and send RFQ for all the items to all the approved suppliers/sub-
- contractors to obtain required quotations.
- Follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain a quotation in time.
- Preparing BOQ unit prices as per tender BOQ format and filling.
- Doing shop drawings on CAD.
