- Managing sales performance and marketing activities with online partners, institutes and other stakeholders in Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon.
- Supporting partners to update and forecast sales trends and stock allocation.
- Compiling and submitting progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly).
- Working closely with Regional Team (Korea, Dubai, Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq), to plan and achieve short-mid-long term strategies.

- Managing relationships with beneficiaries, partners, institutes and other stakeholders in line with the projects’ goals and leading partner selection, due diligence, contract signature, report submission, program implementation and project closure.
-Supporting partners to update and forecast project budget, target and activities.
- Compiling and submitting progress reports such as (Inception, Narrative, Financial and Tracking Reports).
- Working closely with Regional Team (Netherlands and Turkey), MEAL, Communications, Entrepreneurs, (M)SME’s HBB’s (Jordanian and Syrians) and partners, to ensure the timely implementation of the project.

• Leading operations team and managing relationships with vendors and other various resources in order to develop and deliver solutions for business (Project/Product)
• Leading engagements with stakeholders (Project/Product management)
• Discovering and applying new digital trends, ideas and unique solutions to complex and transformational business problems and areas of development
• Acting as a liaison between various technical, creative and business side stakeholders
• Continuously providing insights and direction to all stakeholders to maintain consistency across stakeholder groups
• Managing and updating project knowledge through various studies and reports Market Analysis, Customer Persona and Financial Reports (P&L, GP, Business Case, Pricing analysis, In-Out and Price Building)

1- Digitalizing consumer sales process by creating and developing a web store and a mobile app for selling company goods.
2- Driving the project lifecycle into growth phase.
3- Achieving 40, 000 JOD sales/25% profit margin within 7 months,
4- Process creation for inventory control, order and delivery operations and cash control.
5- Creating and managing partnerships for developing marketing, customer experience and business development.
6- Establishing and registering a new company to act as a specialized company for e-commerce business.

Developing high quality, commercially successful event sponsorship models, in line with the Fund’s ethical collaboration policy.
To secure event sponsorship and exhibition income, - to achieve stretching income targets.
Ensure that event sponsorship products are consistent with our corporate partnership programmes, and maximize opportunities for cross selling of sponsorship and partnership programmes
Build and maintain strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters, through securing and leading new business meetings, and maintaining strong relationships
Writing high quality external communications documents, including sponsorship marketing materials as required (working closely with the events team)
Ensure that all approaches to the corporate sector are tracked consistently, through effective use of a CRM system or tracking spreadsheet.
Ensure that the Fund’s reputation for independence is not compromised by our sponsorship models.
Contribute to and support other departmental work as appropriate.

- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
