* Reviews Payroll Files - the general salary scale - and completes the
documentary cycle of salaries in a systematic manner, in line with the system of
protection of wages in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Compliances of records and periodic control of human resources work and
correction of deviations, work contracts, complaints, labor complaints, internal
complaints, investigation department, etc.
* Supervises calculation of annual allocations and the estimated preparation of
the budget of human resources, flexibility of the budget in the face of economic,
