To participate fully in all stages of the establishment of the community center.

Supervise the daily functioning of the Center and ensure that activities and services are in line with the overall plan of the Center
. •
Manage the mobile teams plan and plan targeted locations based on the needs assessed.

. • Ensure that the center is functioning effectively and that all staff, teachers and volunteers are committed to the days and hours of work at the center

Monitor the attendance and overall performance of the Center's staff in terms of compliance with the Center's plan
. • Manage the resources of the Center, including furniture, equipment, vehicles, etc., and ensure that they are used appropriately and exclusively for the planned objectives.

Ensure the optimal use of the spaces in the center in order
to accommodate a greater number of activities and services, ensure that appropriate rooms are provided for counseling that take into account the privacy of persons of concern, and ensure that persons with disabilities or those with mobility difficulties have access to the center and services. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on progress made with regard to community activities, needs and challenges, and any updates on the number of persons of concern. • To assess and analyze the situation in the area frequently covered by the Center in terms of humanitarian needs, resources and dynamics in order to plan the appropriate response. • Review and approve referrals to service providers located outside the community center, ensuring that cases are followed up appropriately. • Organize regular meetings with staff, and participate in relevant training courses or workshops. • Perform any other related tasks upon request.
