I am the Customer Service Support Manager & Technical Team Leader in SSSIT.

software engineer, and then Technical team leader for software development department, delivering
products to our clients in Australia, Europe, and Gulf.
I have worked on the following products
• LogFinity
• ActFinity
Both products were delivered in KSA, Kuwait, UAE, and Europe, they are .NET based applications
working to log the call center calls, and evaluate the calls based on a dynamic evaluation defined
