Accountabilities:
•Develop and bring alive actively internally as externally market and customer insights, defined through analysis and (in) direct customer visits.
•Maximize Cargill’s impact to customers through the design (e.g. ideation/innovation process) and execution of customer tailored and insight based value propositions or concepts creating value for the customer.
•Support in execution of customer specific projects.
•Bring specialty products or improved capabilities to market and increase the awareness internally as externally.
•Develop (sales) materials to support the roll out of value propositions towards (selected) customers and support communications in development of tools and messages via marketing managers.
•Responsible for developing BTL & ATL Marketing Tools
•Planning, developing and executing MARCOM Campaigns; such as exhibitions, seminars, community enrichment campaigns and any other related Customer relationship programs.
•Developing yearly MARCOM Plans, allocating budgets and executing MARCOM activities.
•Corresponding with external suppliers, such as printing press, direct marketing agencies, PR agencies and local / regional / Global magazines or Newspapers.
Support all research and reports in terms of data gathering and analysis which should include tobacco industry and market players.
1- Communicate with internal designers and brief concept with direction given.
2- Track E-Marketing reports and do further analysis to understand consumer behavior (Social media and mobile application).
3- Analyze sales reports in terms of volume, value, SKU, and flavors- form recommendations accordingly on timely basis.
4- Support the packaging tasks when required in terms of health warning designs and packs specifications.
5- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
