is the senior logistics appointment in the Region Mission or Response and is responsible for, and accountable for, the delivery of all logistics and supply chain related activities in accordance with International NGOs for safety Organization Logistics policies and procedures. The LS also provides supportive supervision to the Region area including (Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq) on matters pertaining to their logistic and Procurement’s duties and responsibilities.
- Work closely with program team to develop quarterly/annually procurement plans (based on quarterly distribution plans and annual work plans) to ensure timely availability of the products for program activities. Update the monthly budget estimation and tracking to Finance Department.
- Track and evaluate vendor performance and improvements related to pricing, contractual terms, and/or scope of services.
- Review all contracts (for product and/or service procurements) to ensure quality standards are met, prior to submitting for review and approval.
- Provide the technical oversight, input, and coordinate the staff support to, delivery of, and implementation of, all logistics support systems according to INSO Logistics and Procurement policies and procedures.
- Participate in projects design and planning to ensure that logistic systems are suitable and flexible enough to cope with expected workload.
- Ensure together with region management team that logistics support requirements in terms of staffing and internal logistics infrastructure required for transport and storage are correctly accounted for and budgeted in all project proposals.
- Ensure compliance with INSO policies and procedures, donor regulations and local laws.
- Make frequent site visits to region offices, to ensure that the appropriate care and support is being offered.
This Position is responsible for managing Operational functions for IRC in Azraq Camp including but not limited to Procurement and finance, assets and inventory, transportation, HR Management. The Senior Operations Officer provide management support to Operations Team, Duty Shift B/C 24/7 .
•Overseeing the supply chain &Logistics Management and manage the overall cycle of procurement process.
•ensure that the requirement takes account of the organization's policy requirements, including its corporate social responsibility/sustainability policies, and is aligned against organizational objectives.
•Manage IRC Locations facilities and ensure they are adequately equipped with necessary equipment and monitor the correct use of them. Ensure maintenance, refurbishment and property repairs for premises and grounds operated by IRC.
•Evaluating employee performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training to ensure proper maintenance of Locations.
•As
I am in charge of rolling out Logistics High Supporting in Za’atari Camp beside 13 Centers in Different Country Cities Mainly Handling all the procurement Process related for all Projects, beside deal the Logistics, Operations with other duties like (inventory and stock managements, fleet managements ) which are :
•Planning supply chain schedules in advance in preparation for busy seasonal periods.
•Keeping in touch with suppliers and developing cordial relationships with them and handling the negotiation process with suppliers.
•Handling all the purchasing process from get the quotations, Negotiations, contracts and handling the invoices .
•Manage and support Area logistics staff including ensuring appropriate team structures clear .
•Division of responsibilities, clear objectives, Develop the capacity and management of performance.
•Supervise field logistics staff, guards and Maintenance Team tasks and responsibilities.
•Warehousing, fleet and assets management within Responsible Area.
•Review annual/quarterly work and budget plans, Pipe-Lines and detailed implementation plans in Coordination with the projects Managers.
•Prepare budgeting forecasts related to operations (Logistic staff salaries, petty cash, and upcoming projects).
•Preparation and submission of adequate and timely Reports.

Azraq Camp
As the Logistics focal point for all internal and external stakeholders at Azraq level Reports daily to the Base Logistics Manager with under vision of field camp coordinator (Camp Manager).The Main Duties for this position is handle all Procurement related but not limited for the camp Starting with Petty cash up to International Tenders with estimated Valye
•Handle all Procurement related for the camp and depending on threshold.
•contribute to development of the procurement strategy (where required)
• be involved throughout the life cycle of the procurement exercise - implementation, review
•ongoing user intelligence groups; provide technical expertise and input to support the bid assessment processes
•Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
•Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
•Responsible to support the program team for timely procurement of goods and services within the camp.
•Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
•Ensuring the correct management of equipment and IT at Camp level.
•Fleet Managements by Ensures that the validated weekly cars planning are respected.
•Manage the warehouse stock, and lead the distribution Process within the Camp.
•Maintain asset register and inventory, by ensuring properly tagged and matched with asset tracking sheet.
•Camp Security Focal Point by monitoring the security policies and security situation and Laisse with other agencies throws weekly
Participate in implementation of program and activates regarding development projects for certain
Program and responsibilities as the following:
•Facilitator for activates of youth innovation center.
•Participate in conducting community events.
•Build Local partnership with other NGOs.
•Take care of logistic and financial Issue for program.
Work on the Skilled Center as French
I worked closely with account coordinators and manager to produce basic production and detail work required for various accounts. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
