Main duty:
• Responsible for the implementation of SAS solutions (AML, EGRC, STM, etc...) for different customers in the Middle East, including software installation, data ETL and BI customization
• Responsible for providing timely support for customers from enhancement to migration from one maintenance level to another
Achievements:
• Successfully created SAS customized reports using SAS Web Report Studio by selecting filters, categories, and data elements, and publishing them to portals for key customers.
• Collaborated in writing SAS scripts based on SAS BASE, SQL and MACRO, used for validation, data extraction (ETL), customization of front-end application and automation
• Contributes in multiple servers' environment setup by installing SAS software (deploy and build), establishing connection between the servers, validating services and connecting to various DB (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) for different customers
• Lead the development of PO system based on SAS ECM customization which includes creating workflow templates, customizing page contents, creating SQL calls and configuring soap services.
• Involved in the setup of ETL system including supporting customers in the preparation of source tables (data, hierarchy, primary key, integrity, format and constraints)
Main Duties:
• Assisted in early identification of risk and/or opportunities by providing monthly standard MIS
reports to monitor portfolio performance (Acquisition, Delinquency, Write-off…)
• Advised credit, collection & initiation units in operational activities
• Involved in the development of SAS programs to create data ETL, build D/W house and generate reports
• Contributed in the automation of reports by writing batch script to read from external files and to load into predefined templates
• Ensure the application Score is performing as expected, by regularly generating the scoring
monitoring reports (Score distribution, Population stability, Characteristics reports, Good/Bad
odd…).
• Provided support for customer retention and cross-selling campaigns by identifying the leads
