- Lead end-to-end MIS and reporting initiatives for Saudi Financing sector, from stakeholder requirements gathering through solution delivery and on-going support.
- Provide C-level reporting and data insights supporting strategic decisions in credit risk, collections, recovery, sales, and retail operations.
- Develop and maintain MIS reporting solution using SAS Software to automate the data manipulation and the generation of a hundred of reports on daily and monthly basis.
- Design and deliver dashboards and KPI frameworks monitoring retail portfolio health, delinquency rates, NPL trends, and collection efficiency metrics.
- Own on-going enhancement and change request for reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy and continuity of service for business users.

Responsibilities:
- Lead SAS solution implementations and production support across banking, government, and telecom clients in the Middle East.
- Facilitate requirements workshops with senior business stakeholders, to validate functional, reporting, and operational needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business rules, reporting specifications, and success metrics, ensuring successful solution implementations.
- Design and customize SAS solution portals to align functionality with business objectives.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) at the client site by building the UAT environment.

Achievements:
- Led the design and implementation of a Purchase Order workflow system based on SAS ECM product, business process requirement, customization of the product, and SAS business feedback.
- Contributed to the delivery of the first SAS fraud framework implementation in Saudi Arabia (Bank Saudi Fransi).

Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to credit, collections, and origination departments through monthly portfolio performance reporting.
- Conduct credit risk analysis and trend identification to support business strategy through data-decision.
- Advise business units on operational improvements based on data insights and performance metrics.
- Identified business opportunities for customer retention and cross-selling campaigns through segmentation analysis.

- Developed scoring model & monitoring frameworks to ensure credit risk models remained effective and aligned with business objectives.
