Managing the Construction of Mega projects such as 5-stars hotels, Luxury residences, & Ministry of Housing projects with multi Billions SAR budget in the Eastern & Central regions.
Responsibilities:
1- Represent the Owner from the earliest stages of the project, starting with conceptual design, through the final design permitting, pre-construction, bidding, construction, commissioning, move-in and preliminary occupancy stages.
2- Develop, Maintain & Coordinate the relationships with PMC, Consultants, Contractors, Designers teams.
3- Control the projects constrains (Scope, Cost & Time).
4- Assist the development team in new projects initiating.
5- Support marketing, sales and maintenance teams.
6- Supervision & auditing the work progress on site.
7- Identify project risks that may affect the budget & time schedule.
8- Working with projects teams to ensure Quality & Safety practices.
9- Help in solving the technical issues.
10- Developing professional solutions for projects weaknesses.
Achievements:
Phase 4 (3 Podiums and 7 Towers), BUA= 320, 000 m2, Cost=2.3 Billion SAR, Luxury Five stars hotels and multi-floors shopping malls.
Responsibilities:
1-Lead, Coach, mentor, motivate, influence and supervise internal and external stakeholders, and improve work environment.
2- Managing, coordinating, and controlling all construction works.
3- Dealing with design changes for different operators.
4- Estimate and identify resources needed to achieve project goals.
5- Interfaces with site teams and project management on the execution of the project activities towards planning results.
6- Leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver work within agreed scope, timeframe, quality and budget.
7- Providing technical guidance and support to solve issues.
8- Monitor and evaluate the contractor and consultant performance.
9- Identify and assess project risks and design mitigation plans.
10- Follows up issuance of invoices on time to save the cash flow.
Achievements:
Working as a Site Engineer in several projects in Makkah:
1- Alwehda-2 buildings, 2 Towers, 10 Floors, Cost= 100 Million SAR, Land Area= 3000 m2, 2014-2015.
2- Alhedaya High Rise Buildings, 10 Towers, 30 Floors, Cost= 2 Billion SAR, Built up Area= 320 m2, 2012-2013.
3- Alqishla High Rise Buildings, 5 Towers, 40 Floors, Cost= 2 Billion SAR, Built up Area= 320 m2, 2010-2011.
4- Alwehda-1 buildings, 4 Towers, 10 Floors, Cost= 150 Million SAR, Land Area= 3000 m2, 2010.
Responsibilities:
1- Supervision, Monitoring and Management of Site Construction.
2- Receipt & Performs Visual and Dimensional Inspections of Engineering and Civil Works and Make Progress Measurements .
3- Performs Quality Inspections on Completed Works and Ensures the Work is Performed Accordingly to Acceptable Standards .
4- Check and Review Construction Drawings, Work Details, Procedures and materials Specifications .
5- Matching Architectural with Construction Drawings .
6- Coordination With Different Works Sections e.g. MEP.
7- Monitor and Controls Manpower and Resources Distributions .
8- Determines the Most Efficient and Economical Methods and Solutions for Complex Engineering Problems .
9- Prepare and Update Work Reports .
