Dammam 3rd Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant
- Design review and Construction supervision of Contractor’s design and construction works incl. design according to contract and technical documentations, monitoring of all works, Review and approval of all material approvals and construction materials. Holding weekly meetings with Contractor and client’s representative, Monitoring of construction schedule with cash flow schedules, Supervision of all safety activities.

Responsibilities

Monitoring construction works as per IFC drawings.

Carried out the inspection of survey work for different activities.

Reviewing shop drawings for survey work.

Reviewing shop drawings for Architectural and Structural and Interior Design.

Keeping all survey data up to-date.

Planning, managing & monitoring the implementation of correct QA/QC procedures for survey section.

Identifying errors and informing engineers for troubleshooting areas ensuring zero defects in setting outs

Controlling work as per approved drawing/design.

Checking as-built works for conformance and ensuring recording of As - built survey of the completed works for project hand-over.

Projects
1-Development Project King Abdul-Aziz International Airport in Jeddah, Royal Terminal of King Abdul Aziz Airport project (South and North Apron), Workshop Building and Royal Terminal Extension.

2- Construct Royal palaces and princes’ palaces in Jeddah.
• Projects Consisted of general construction of Royal Buildings & installations, including all related annexes and services.
• Job includes concrete, masonry, plastering, Aluminium, timber, gypsum and marble works for HIGH CLASS FINISHING BUILDINGS and Construction of combined steel-concrete structural for industrial installations (Power Plant, Water Treatment Plant, steel-structure warehouses, large industrial kitchen), Hardscaping, Flooring Works, Roads, Sidewalks etc.
