•Issues related to checks and collection.
•Preparation of sub-plans and executive programs for legal affairs which achieve the key objectives of the company.
•Verify that all legislation is already placed and correct the gaps in the decisions and directives in force in the company.
•Examine all issues relating to the company and follow-up of disputes and issues with governmental agencies and others.
•Prepare necessary documents for the evacuation and documented by the company of any lawsuit against it and provide responses by fundamentalism, with the evidence and legal grounds relating to these issues
•Dealing with judicial bodies, institutions and government departments with regard to Labor Office, Social Insurance, Traffic and health offices.
