Development and management to loyalty and retention activities for new and existing customers through automated actions that will result in increased levels of customer retention and enhance usage, thus enhancing ARPU.
This were achieved through both proactive and reactive retention and engagement tactics with customers.
Main Responsibilities and duties:
•Develop loyalty and retention Strategy
•Develop retention roadmap to decrease churn rate, hence increase market share.
•Develop loyalty roadmap for better customer engagement to increase CLTV.
•Manage loyalty and retention offering
•Product Management and product launch.
•Launch & Manage Wataniya Mobile loyalty program (pointing system).
•Monitor loyalty earning/burning activities and conduct the proper actions
•Data analysis to understand and manage loyalty, retention Programs.
•Using data analysis from Marketing intelligence and performance to develop suitable retention activities.
•Contribution to update sales commission scheme.
•Manage loyalty & retention budget.
•Development & implementation of churn prediction techniques.
•Customer base monitoring for activation, disconnection and follow up on related issues.
I had been invited to Short term assignment for knowledge sharing with Ooredoo group operators where I had contribution in loyalty and retention strategies, and also I contributed in Monitoring Ooredoo Maldives rebranding process
Beside loyalty and retention role I was responsible on management of cross functional projects like Gaza Project, loyalty Project and Rebranding where my efforts includes all Project phases from initiation, planning, follow up on implementation, monitoring and closing. And below main duties had been conducted:
•Manage Rebranding project by setting up the project strategy, planning, dependencies, resources preparation, RFPs and POs.
•Managing commercial Planning for corporate expansion (Gaza Project).
•Building project plans using MS Project tool connecting dependencies and milestones.
•Manage budget and gain approvals on charters, plans, POs….etc.
•Manage weekly meetings for active projects addressing issues and propose solutions
•Follow up on pending issues with cross functional teams to ensure on time delivery
•Prepare weekly, monthly reports for OPCOM regarding running projects
•Processes optimization.
I was responsible to review Wataniya business processes and to define gaps and opportunities to unify all processes mapping and documentation using corporate unified methodology.
Here below main tasks during the role:
•Create unified template for process mapping
•Business Processes improvement for customer touch points processes (Customer care, Billing & Collection, Sales)
•Time to Market Process enhancement
•Requirement gathering, UAT scenarios for knowledge base management system.
•Gap analysis exercises
•SharePoint administration.
•Customer experience Project Management focusing on customer journey touch points.

Comuter Engineering from Al-Quds University in Palestine I got Arab bank scholarship I got University award to conduct training course in Egypt in 2007 I got Honor degree of 86% in graduation project
