I have worked as Projects and Technical Service Manager to handel all projects, pre-sales, after sales services, operations, technical training and take responsibilities for all medical equipments agencies for Radiation, Hospital Furnitures, and IVF Labs (Analogic (BK & Ultrasonix), Fluke RMS, RaySafe, Surgiris, Inmoclinic, MalViestio, Coopersurgical (K-System), and Labotect) based in Jeddah and manage the following tasks:
Established Projects and Service department Procedures.
Support sales team and customers.
Pre-installations, Installations, repair, and all customers services
Lead projects and Cost Management.
Operation Management.
Contracts and spare parts stock Management.
Improve service team skills.
