▪ Specialist to handle all 3rd party projects whether real estate & Industrial projects as per Aramco procedures.
▪ Prepare and study all project documents and evaluate, develop and update all pertaining documents during the transaction stage ( Lease quotations - SOI - BI - FM Scope - K-Forms - TFR - Project Dates Schedules - Agreements - RFP) to ensure meeting all requirements of the proponent and end-user before go to the market.
▪ Prepare continued workshops with assigned team for the project to manage every portion and define the proper business Model, strategy and methodology of the project, as well as mapping the project schedules to achieve every part timely.
▪ Coordinate with different departments to prepare the required documents to submit to MC/SRC to get the mandatory endorsements/approvals in order to go to the market.
▪ Tender the project into market by inviting all approved bidders then evaluate all bidders’ proposals in terms of technical, commercial, financial position and the contractor history with Aramco till award the contract to the final winner.
▪ Prepare all periodically different reports for each project (weekly - monthly- quarterly- half annually- annually) to the VPs for their review and instructs.
