• Preparation/Installation/Configuration of New PCs/Laptops/Printers.
• Providing computer support services both for software and hardware for an organization’s employees

• Providing computer support services for software for an organization’s employees

• Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems
• Serve the customers as we are the first IT line support for (problems, status, changes, information) related to products or services provided by Information Technology.
• Perform first tier analysis and work, before referring incidents to the second tier.
• Route customer requests to the appropriate support groups.
• Provide customers with information on IT standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor Ticketing System & Queue to ensure ticket resolution within ticket's SLA with no violation.
• Providing a remote support for the customer.
• Monitor email messages from the clients and replay to them.
• Receive and provide detailed information and explanations to students.
• Ensure follow-up with students enquiries, cases and any relevant matters.
• Resolve day-to-day issues.
• Ensure the application of academic regulations and deadlines.
• Distribute application forms and provides information on procedures and deadlines.
• Verify that student files are complete and, as required, ensure necessary linkage with admissions process.
• Liaises with students, instructors, departments, LVSA corporate office and governmental authorities.
• Provide explanations related to academic regulations, student records, programs and calendars.
• Compile information, verify and updates timetables and calendar entries.
• Maintain a current file of courses, calendar, programs, students and graduates.
• Perform data entry and updating of student files.
• Perform other similar or related duties as assigned by the student support manager.
• Assist in managing student activities and events.

• Responsible for the day-to-day logistics of operating the institute facilities.
• Responsible to schedule maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls, testing building security plans.

• Airport New Staff Arrivals meet and assist.
• Coordinate with Vendors, contractors, faculty, employees, trainees for running the institute efficiently.
• Responsible of setting up new buildings setup( Furniture, Electrical wiring, Projectors installation)
• Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, and waste disposal and recycling.
• Ensuring the Campus meets health and safety requirements.
• Work in administrative assistant capacity in addition to maintenance coordination as and when required.
• Preparing daily reports, weekly and monthly performance of the work in the constructor.
• Member of the Crisis Management Team and Emergency (CMT) .
This position is learning and teaching of Computer Science and maintenance and to achieve desired objectives and learning program office and everything related to computerized .
• Maintain the operation of the computers and the network, supervision of IT laboratory equipment and facilities.
• Keeping asset records of IT equipment and maintaining laboratory supplies.
• Maintaining the security of the IT laboratories.
• Assist trainees by demonstrating the proper use of the equipment and how to use the hardware and software to finish assignments.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the IT laboratories to ensure safety and proper working conditions for users and proper maintenance of the computers.
• Provide backup of software and perform equipment repairs or arrange for repairs to be completed.
• Provide on-going assistance to trainees and teachers; perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
• To advise the Manager English/ Foundation programs on serviceability and IT infrastructure planning.
• Maintain Burlington Lab equipment.
• Maintain PC hardware and software maintenance practices and report all faults.
