Continued working in SAP Healthcare project. I was handling and coordinating the development of a number of major transactions within the system. I was responsible to design and deliver the whole dictation and transcription solution which includes managing all the activities, different parties and vendors.
The focus on this period was to complete the tasks within the challenging timeframe. Coordinating the effort, manpower and time to meet the proponent requirements were the most challenging tasks.
