Responsibilities
➢ Overall responsible for Restaurant Profitability, Cost Control, Sale Growth & New Product Development.
➢ Responsible for Vertical & Horizontal growth of the company, in Horizontal growth, I am responsible for site selection and bringing the site into operation.
Doing Quarterly SWOT analysis of the restaurant and applying corrective measures to weaknesses, reacting to opportunities and threats.

➢ Lead a team of financial executives toward the achievement of preset goals. Approve third-party payments through accurate reconciliation of financial records.
➢ Monitor and manage credit card payments and invoice payments.
➢ Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations.
➢ Participate in recruitment activities as well as initiate the performance development training programs. Manage account payables and receivables activities.

➢ Responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation and the leadership of the team I was part of the Pre-Opening Team and Carting Event.

➢ Successfully resolve customer complaints and queries correctly and confidently report serious complaints to the RM or Area Coach as appropriate.
➢ Ensure that sufficient labor and supplies are available, taking corrective action where necessary Dealing with all suppliers for ordering, Receiving, and booking invoices in FMC.
➢ Communicates marketing initiatives / new product launches and prepares the team to execute. Manage in-store relating POS, Suggestive Selling targets, Kids, and other initiatives.
➢ Participation in handling cost control.
➢ Complete all daily paperwork and in-store banking for the designated shift. Implement company cash handling procedures.
➢ Ensure that sufficient labor and supplies are available, taking corrective action where necessary.
➢ Ensure that the correct volume of product is prepared to meet the level of business.
➢ Provide supervision for employees to ensure that CHAMPS Check and CER standards are maintained throughout the shift.
➢ Ensure statutory and company health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are followed during the shift and corrective action is taken as required.
➢ Successfully resolve customer complaints and queries correctly and confidently report serious complaints to the RM or Area Coach as appropriate.
