Basic Function: Managing and leading sales & marketing team in the Elevator Department to understand customer needs and project requirements in accordance with product specifications and manufacturing materials required of conveying systems and it's range of products i.e. elevators, escalators, conveyors, dumbwaiters etc...

Brief of Duties:
 Prepare, study, estimate costs, pricing and submit offers to customers, explain cost factors, emphasizing characteristics, such as construction, performance, durability and appearance of equipment.

 Negotiate terms of the proposal and finalize the offers into closed contracts with contractors, clients or agents of the property owners.

 Prepare contracts, place the orders with the supplier and follow-up with principals to ensure materials ordered and drawings are correctly meeting the project requirements.

 Coordinate with property owners, construction project manager, consultants and agents of prospective customers for the specs required.

 Inspect premises to verify feasibility of request and recommends changes.

 Self-correspondence, contacting various foreign suppliers, discussing technical specs as per client's / project's requirement & placing orders.

 Purchasing complete units, spare parts and components for the field of conveying systems suitable to Kuwait market requirements for the client.

 Coordinate with our sales staff to compile lists of prospective customers / consultants / activity report for the use of future sales leads based on information from visiting different sites and other resources.

 Provide technical support, appropriate solutions and necessary dimensions required for the sales team during design stage of projects

 Follow-up and coordinate with the clients periodically to advise of progress of work and attends sales & marketing & trade meetings.

 Coordinate with the finance & accounting for invoicing, and installation manager to ensure project performance as agreed schedules.

 Carry out related duties as assigned on behalf of the General Manager.
