General supervisor of production in paper machine line 1 (pm1).
Run machine production line for Fluting, Testliner (pm1) includes medium-speed machine 350 m/min, 5.1m of width from 2009 to now.
Participate in the installation and start up a second production line (pm2) 600 m/min 3.2m of width “first paper mill” in 2013. Experience in Start-up & Operation of High capacity, high speed
modern paper machines with high level Automation systems PLCs, DCS "SIEMENS SIMATIC PCS7"and QCS is essential.
Knowledge of re-pulping, chemical preparation and delivery and paper making systems (wet end through reel).
Knowledge of paper machine support utilities (water treatment, steam, condensate handling and compressed air).
Experience within understanding and Monitoring of process control methodologies troubleshooting and resolve process issues.
Develop proposals to include the practical tests and trials and periodic maintenances.
