• Daily monitoring for all reefers on RCM system & send
defective units with high/medium alarms to each location
(Damietta - SCCT - Sokhna - PSDwest - Alex …).
• Contact technicians until solve reefer problem & revert
with repair report to Maersk Line.
• Contact terminal/vessel if any assistance needed until repair
done.
• Contact warehouse if any spare parts needed for repair the
reefer (compressor - condenser coil …).
• Get approval from Maersk line if the repair cost exceed
repair limit.
• update this repair on Merc+ system(invoices system).
