Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running Electrical Activities at site like Installation OF Transformers, Medium Voltage Switchgears, (MDB, DPP, MCC, LRP, EPP, ELP) Panels, UPS System, (Medium &Law Voltage) Cables, CABLE (Ladder, Tray, and Trunk), 1st &2nd &3rd Fix of lighting and power Systems, lighting control, lighting high masts& Poles, Earthling, lightning protection and Escalators.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
Checking technical designs and approved drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans, considering client requirements and budget constraints.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the project.
Keep abreast of evolving electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Testing& Commissioning all Panels, Cables, RMUs and Transformers at Site.
Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders by addressing technical inquiries and providing regular updates on electrical Aspects.
Inspect delivered materials, reporting on their quantity and technical compliance with project specifications to ensure adherence to standards.
Propose innovative solutions to optimize electrical systems and processes, mitigating potential risks associated with installations and operations.
Coordinating meetings, scheduling, submitting deliverables and addressing outstanding 'open items' as requested by clients.
Preparation of look-ahead Documents and Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports.

implementation and monitoring of all (Civil - Electrical - Mechanical) related works like Establishing (5) Electric Distributer Buildings (Survey - Earthwork- Concrete-Masonry -Thermal & Moisture -Opening- MEP- Finishes), Support and maintenance of the Existing Substations, Installation & Commissioning OF (5 MVSG/ 72 RMU/ 330 Transformers/ over Head Transmission Lines/Medium Towers (Suspension towers 9/12 - Tension towers 10/12 - Tension towers 11/12 - Suspension Crossing towers 12/15)/6800 LV poles /1500 KM LV Conductors with its accessories).
