Hired to review and approve design and build contractor’s documentation for all design phases
associated with architecture, interior architecture, interiors, FF&E, and signage
Responsible for supporting in the review of materials and design deliverable for conformance with approved
samples, materials, equipment, and report finding required.
Assist to identify, respond to or evaluate technical issues to maintain the schedule
Assist the Project Manager in leading the consultants and internal resources, overseeing the development of
contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation and acting as
a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.
Ensure interior designs, finishes and FF&E selections are feasible,
practical and appropriate to the project, meet the end-user needs
and are cost effective.
Buy-out of job by determining the sub-contracting strategy for the
project and preparing front-end documents under various project
delivery models.
Prepare monthly reports including cost, schedule, safety, cash flow,
etc. for internal and/or external use.
Provide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and quality.
Prepare contingency plans for potential risks, expanding contractual
services and project profit.
Responsible for coordination between project operations, engineering disciplines, and other related support groups.
Ensures meeting the pre-established requirements satisfactorily throughout the duration of the project
Preparation of shop drawings in 2D/3D Format.
Preparation of Presentations in Adobe Photoshop and 3Dmax
Accompanying clients for site visits and physical measurements. (Whenever required).
Suggest and Assist clients in their requirements as per Regulations of Authorities.
Preparation of B.O.Q. and Quotations.
Execution of works at site as per approved drawings by clients/Authorities.
Managing and supervising of skilled and unskilled labors at site.
Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers till completion of works at sites.
Coordination in inspections from different authorities during and after work in progress.
