• Maintaining and achieving the high quality in providing the DSL service and in handling all inbound and out bound calls of the call center in order to ensure customer satisfaction in handling customer inquiries and their complaints and their associated DSL problems which can be achieved through creating the spirit of the team work in a globally competitive organization that will have a direct influence in creating a good reputation for our DSL support and will have also a direct impact in maximizing our revenue.
