• Leading a team of 6 Assistants Trade Marketing Manger for Goody’s different brands and categories.
• Building & developing the trade marketing team at Goody.
• Develop the trade marketing SOP’s, reports & communication channels with all stakeholders.
• Developing the business-forecasting model for every channel that led to higher forecast accuracy.
• Leading the trade part of highly successful corporate Goody campaign “You have More”
• Leading the launch / relaunch of Omelac, Cofique, Goody Pasta Mac & Cheese & several other launches. • Leading Treva brand to reach market leadership within the targeted tier within 2 years from launch.
