• Project: JIGCC (Jazan integrated Gasification Combined Cycle).

- Jazan integrated gasification cycle plant for both packages (SARU/JSRU)
These two packages are to construct a world-scale integrated gasification combined cycle plant which will supply power, steam & utility to a 400, 000 BPD grassroots Jazan refinery at Jazan economic city and export power to refinery.
CCC scope of work is the construction of 4 blocks equal to 788Kg/Hr produced ash for Package (1) and construction of 3 trains with a capacity of 354 ton/day of Sulphur recovery located within the refinery for Package (2).

• Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assigned as Mechanical Engineer responsible for all mechanical & underground piping in camp mobilization phase. (Jan, 2016 - May, 2016).

- Assigned as Fabrication Shop Manager responsible for fabrication activities for both packages, including welding of 750, 000 Inch-dia of piping spools, fabrication of 1200 tons of pipe supports, fabrication of all miscellaneous items for civil/electrical departments & painting of 70, 000M2 of piping. (May, 2016 - May, 2018).
- Managing & monitoring production plans, material feed, manpower arrangements, & productivity figures for all 4 fabrication shops with a capacity of 1200 inch-dia welding per day.
- Provide daily professional progress report, scheming recovery plans that best suits project target completion dates.
- Responsible for painting subcontractor working with CCC fabrication areas including production analysis, trouble shooting & managing periodic production meetings.

- Assigned as Pre-commissioning & Hydro-test engineer for Package (2) of JIGCC responsible for all visual, hydro & pneumatic testing for all piping & pipelines and associated systems. (May, 2018 - present time).

Technical Support and Sales Engineer, I am responsible for providing engineering solutions and procurement services to the Industrial Sector, Utility Providers and Infrastructure Projects in Jordan and neighboring countries. Responsible for technical compatibility between our different categories of products that serves different industries (Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical, Refinery and Bulk storage/ Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution) and our end user requirements.
